What fabrics are your garments made from?
We use 100% cotton fabrics on all our products. Each fabric weight and content are listed in the product description.
Where are your garments made?
Our products are designed and sewn in Los Angeles, CA USA.
How do the fits run?
We have been very thoughtful with the fit of each garment. Each style has been sampled until it's perfect. The fit for most of our styles are a slightly cropped wider fit for that modern proportion.
Are your blanks pre-shrunk or garment-washed?
Yes, our blanks are pre-shrunk, meaning they will not change in size when washed, dried, or undergo any additional dye process.
Are the garments ready for printing, embroidery, or customization?
Yes, use our blanks as your brands canvas. Our blanks come in standard raw white- however, they are PFD (prepared for dye) and are ready to be dyed, printed, embroidered, ect. to your liking.

How do I order Custom Dye from the site?
Select the product you would like to place a custom dye order from. In the color options, you will find the "Custom Color Dye" option. You must purchase a sample in addition to your bulk order of MOQ 25 units. When you check out, add your pantone color and wash style. We will contact you via email to confirm. Once its confirmed, we will ship out your sample first. Once you approve the sample, we will move to bulk dying your full order.
What dye colors are available?
You may select any color you'd like! Please give us the pantone or hex number. Keep in mind that not all colors translate to fabric perfectly, but we will try our best and let you know if you color is not available.
Is there a minimum order quantity for custom dyes?
25 units. Any sizes and you may select them from the product page.
How long does the custom dye process take?
It typically takes 1 week from your sample approval to complete your bulk dye. Samples take around 1 week, but we try to do it asap.
Will dyed garments vary slightly in color?
Yes, we have strict quality control and want every single piece to be perfect. However, since it is garment dye, there is a chance for small color variation. Its unlikely, but it can happen.

Can I order samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes, you can order only 1 unit before placing a bulk order. Our prices are flat fees across the board to keep it simple.
Are samples refundable or credited toward bulk orders?
No, none of our products are refundable. We do not accept refunds on any items. If it is a mistake on our end, we will correct it, but we will not give a refund.
Can I sample custom-dyed garments?
Yes, please select the Custom Dye Sample color option for a sample piece. Or you may purchase 1 unit in white for fit sampling or testing on your own.

Is there a minimum order quantity?
No! Order exactly what you need. If you need 5 units or 500 units, simply place your order and we will fulfill it all the same.
Can I mix sizes and styles in one order?
Absolutely. You may order whatever sizes, products, units, and color you'd like.
Do you offer wholesale pricing tier?
Our prices are already reflecting a wholesale price. To keep it simple, we offer all our products at low wholesale prices. We are the manufacturer, so we are able to give a price that covers the cost of production as well as our profit margins without paying a middle man.

Are your items made to order or stocked?
Our white PFD garments are pre-stocked and sent out for garment dyed when ordered.
Can I rush an order?

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
No, we do not accept any type of returns or exchanges and we do not offer refunds. We may offer an exchange depending on the situation and if the fault is ours.
What is your policy on custom-dyed or custom orders?
We do not accept any type of returns or exchanges or offer refunds on any custom-dyed order, whether that be bulk or sample.

Can I use your garments for resale under my own brand?
Yes! Our garments only have 1 label on the inside seam that includes size and care instructions. This makes it easy to customize.
Do you offer private labeling or relabeling services?
